You also agree not to distribute personal data, photographs, or phone numbers of third parties without their explicit consent.
You solemnly declare that your advertisements will comply with the applicable laws of the Slovak Republic and the rules of our platform. You unconditionally respect and agree to the ethical code of this advertising platform, which establishes clear rules and limitations, and you commit to adhering to it.
You are registering voluntarily, without coercion, and exclusively for the purpose of advertising legal services.
You assume full responsibility for any damages caused by creating the registration or publishing the advertisement, meaning that no claims for damages or non-material harm can be made against the operator of this advertising platform.
You agree to the management, processing, and storage of your email address and phone number in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act.
